CPARS Government Report Card

Moving Masters received exemplary remarks from the Contractor Performance  Assessment Reporting System. Included in the report were comments such as “Moving Masters’ services are habitually good. Customers are happy with the services provided by Moving Masters and if there are issues, Moving Masters is quick to resolve them.” and “The invoice is always on time and arrives as requested.” We take great pride in these comments and plan on keeping this high standard moving forward.

Department of Justice

Completing a move for the Department of Justice (DOJ) is a success in itself, but receiving an outstanding report card from the DOJ definitely makes it one of our success stories. After completing the move, the DOJ reviewed us on management, quality, cost control, and schedule. These are all areas on which Moving Masters continually strives to deliver, so we were very proud to receive a “very good” rating in all four areas. Read more

Smithsonian Institution-National Museum of American History

Moving Masters’ largest move for The Smithsonian Institution National Museum of American History consisted of 1,000 employees, with attending contents, furniture, conference rooms, and common areas. This work was completed over the period of a year with multiple phases and progress points. Moving Masters provided the necessary employees with security clearances and background checks and completed the required work mostly on the nights and weekends. Moving Masters completed the work for The Smithsonian Institution National Museum of American History under a variety of situations and scenarios, including but not limited to: inclement weather, short term notice, scope of work adjustments on site, coordination with other vendors.

Discovery Communications

Moving Masters has relocated thousands of employees through moves of varying scale and complexity for Discovery Communications. Moving Masters largest move for Discovery consisted of their headquarters relocation of 2,200 employees, with attending contents, furniture, conference rooms, and common areas. Moving Masters also relocated their file rooms, libraries, computer rooms, and electronics. Moving Masters completed the work under any variety of situations and scenarios, including but not limited to: inclement weather and short-term notice.

US Census Bureau

Moving Masters largest move for The U.S. Census Bureau consisted of over 5,000 employees, with attending contents, furniture, conference rooms, and common areas. Moving Masters also relocated their file rooms, libraries, computer rooms, fitness rooms, warehouse, health unit, credit union, training rooms, and electronics. Moving Masters disassembled and reassembled the corresponding modular furniture. Moving Masters provided the necessary employees with security clearances and background checks and completed the required work mostly on the nights and weekends. Moving Masters completed the work under any variety of situations and scenarios, including but not limited to: inclement weather and short-term notice.

Goddard Space Flight Center, NASA

For two years Moving Masters held the relocation services contract for all laboratory movement in conjunction with new state of the art laboratory building at Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). This also included all the resulting back fills resulting from the population of Building 34. At the conclusion of the contract Moving Masters has been called to accomplish other sensitive moves, including the lab moves required by GSFC. The lab relocations include packing, securing and transporting sensitive lab equipment including countertop electronics, glassware, “clean room” materials, bulk materials, freezers, hoods, incubators, and a variety of sensitive equipment used in space exploration.
