We are proud to announce that Platt Covington is joining the Moving Masters team as our Account Executive. With over twenty years of experience in the transport and moving industry, Platt brings extensive knowledge and expertise as a team leader, sales professional, and client manager.
Over the course of his career, Platt has built relationships with customers to solve issues and deliver resolutions. His exceptional work ethic and service-oriented approach allows him to consistently assess the needs of customers in order to provide a customized solution. We believe he will provide the unsurpassed service that our customers have come to expect from Moving Masters.
Platt’s experience includes initiating and managing moving and long-term warehousing agreements with a number of high profile government and private industry clients. Among these clients are the Pentagon, Homeland Security, United States Department of Agriculture, Department of Justice, and Veterans Administration. Other notable contracts include the Bush Administration’s move into the White House and the multi-phase CIA Library move.
In addition to these impressive government contracts, Platt has also been involved with a number of significant commercial service contracts with clients such as Hughes Network Systems, Harris Teeter, PBS, and John Snow. He also initiated and negotiated service contracts with the NFL, MLB, NHL, and NBA.
As Moving Masters specializes in commercial relocation, warehousing and storage, and government moves, Platt’s experience with these contracts will prove to be an asset for our team. We are thrilled to have him come on board and we look forward to the talent he will bring to our team.
